On the left is a sesame ball filled with sweet egg custard, topped with a birds nest (yes, a birds nest. Like, that a bird makes with its spit. I asked after I ate it. I was reassured repeatedly that they are very good for women and it will make my skin even paler). On the right are the cutest fried crab-shaped, crab-filled buns. I'm not sure if buns is the proper phrasing but they were amazing.

Clockwise from top left: Roast pork buns with sweet, crispy tops. Grouper and asparagus served with avocado mustard. Shrimp Har Gau. "Tiger prawn" dumplings.

I think this was my favorite.

Dessert #1, Bao filled with creamy mango custard.

Dessert #2 - cherries stuffed with Chinese sweet potato, dipped in a jello-like glaze.

I get way too offended when I am the only person at the table given a fork and knife. I CAN USE CHOPSTICKS, PEOPLE (I said, as I dropped a tiger shaped dumpling into my tea cup, dousing the table in delicious fruity green tea). But really, usually I can.

There are several of this restaurant in Shanghai and many in HK. We were at the K11 mall location... If you happen to be there, check out the urban-farm on the 2nd floor, where they grow fresh ingredients for the restaurant next door.
